Gerry began his training at Bodywork Company Dance Studios (Cambridge Performing Arts) where he gained a DaDA award. After his second year, he went on to train for two years at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance where he attained an FD Degree.

Gerry has worked with other well-known choreographers such as Stuart Bishop (Rudeye Agency), Kim Gavin (Artistic Director for Take That), Taira Foo (Hinged Dance Company) and director Victoria Fioravante on Visions, a dance film. While at Rambert School, he joined Chrysalis London as a Junior Associate for one year and, upon leaving Rambert, was offered a place as a full Company Member. During his time with Chrysalis London, he has performed at Shoreditch House, Soho Farmhouse, Sadler's Wells and also been involved in the production of a major Hollywood film.

In 2017, Gerry took a lead role playing Adam in the company’s production of Lilith at the Platform Theatre in London and Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire. In 2018, Gerry became the Assistant Director of Chrysalis London. Gerry is loving his time with the company and hopes his career continues to progress as it has under Jodie’s guidance.
